2. Credit card installments — 0% interest

0% installment plans are available through partner banks when your order meets the minimum spend:

• Minimum order A$430 (A$430 equivalent) — 3–10 month plans (bank-dependent)
• Selected promotions from A$215 (5,000 THB) at participating banks
• Premium plans up to A$860 (20,000 THB) for longer tenors at Bangkok Bank, SCB, Krungthai, KBank, TMBThanachart, UOB, and Krungsri

3. Bank transfer & bill payment

After placing your order, transfer to the Index Living Australia account shown on your order confirmation. Supported channels include:

• Bangkok Bank — counter, ATM, Internet / Mobile Banking, Bualuang mBanking
• Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) — counter, ATM, SCB Easy
• Krungthai Bank — counter, ATM, Krungthai NEXT

4. QR Code (PromptPay)

Scan the PromptPay QR code on the payment page or in your order confirmation email. QR payment is available for orders from A$129 (3,000 THB) upward, subject to daily limits set by your bank.
