Returns & refunds — Index Shop Online

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number, receipt, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

2. Eligible items

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts, manuals, and free gifts included.
• Made-to-order, custom-size, clearance, and hygiene-related products may not be returnable unless defective on arrival.
• Assembly or installation services are non-refundable once performed.

3. How to start a return

Contact Line @indexlivingmall or call 1379 with your order details. We will confirm eligibility, pickup or drop-off arrangements, and any return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Bank transfer orders are refunded to the account you specify. Installment orders follow your card issuer's reversal rules.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for another size, colour, or model are subject to stock availability. Price differences may apply.
